We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to manage a collection calling team focused on deeply delinquent and written-off loan portfolios.

This role is specifically for candidates who have worked on high-vintage recovery and can drive team-level recovery performance.

What you’ll handle

- Lead a team of Collection Calling Executives
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly liquidation and settlement targets
- Optimize agent productivity and utilization
- Segment and allocate high-vintage calling data based on recovery probability
- Monitor calling queues and quality
- Review settlement proposals
- Evaluate interest waivers and principal haircuts within approved limits
- Drive skip-tracing initiatives
- Work with data vendors and external agencies where required
- Monitor customer handling and regulatory compliance
- Analyse recovery dashboards and identify performance gaps
- Drive portfolio recovery against allocated targets

What we’re looking for

- 4–8 years of experience in hardcore Collections / Recovery
- Minimum 2 years managing a collection calling team
- Robust experience with written-off,



settled or deeply delinquent portfolios
- Experience with 365+ DPD or legacy recovery preferred
- Strong settlement and negotiation experience
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of RBI Fair Debt Collection Practices
- Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL or BI platforms
- Experience managing team productivity and recovery performance The client document specifically requires 4–8 years in collections/recovery, 2+ years of collection-team management and experience with written-off/settled/deep-delinquent portfolios.
