We are Hiring Team Leader- Domestic TA for our Recruitment Consulting Company based in Noida Sec-62. Candidate from Noida, East Delhi, South Delhi, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad are preferred. Relocation candidates are not eligible.

Desired Education: Any Graduate / PG

Desired Experience: 2 years to 7 years in domestic Non IT Recruitment

Proposed CTC: 4.25 LPA to 6 LPA. CTC includes 20% revenue linked pay based on revenue tgt ach. (Incentive)

We are looking for a

- Agile Talent Acquisition Professional having relevant experience in Domestic Non IT Recruitment across various industries.
- Well groomed recruiter with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Willing to work in day shift at Recruitment consulting company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand the hiring requirement of clients and do end to end recruitment.
2. Write and do job postings on various job portals.
3. Source relevant CVs as per JD and share line-ups with clients/ TLs.
4. Manage End to End Recruitment cycle.

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

6. Key Account Management

7. Recruitment data management
8. Gradually move to team handling.

Other important details Work Days: Monday-Saturday (2nd& 4th Saturdays off)

- Work Timings: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ( One hour flexi)
- Work Type : Work from Office (No WFH and Hybrid)
- Leaves : EL + CL + SL + National Holiday
