Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage air compressor operations, including cooling tower maintenance and mechanical maintenance.

- Oversee plant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment.

- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

- Monitor and optimize blower performance, pump efficiency, and dryer operation for optimal results.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in air compressor management or related field (mechanical engineering).

- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering).

- Solid understanding of compressors (3000 CFM), cooling towers, LT/HT compressors, blowers, pumps, dryers (air dryer), etc.
