We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead and manage a team in our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-handling, and student/customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor daily team activities, performance, and follow-ups.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor student/customer enquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle escalated student/customer concerns and support issue resolution.
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Previous experience in team handling or leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tool
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
