- Manage a team of engineers responsible for IT infrastructure support, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, LAN/WAN/VLAN configuration, routing and switching setup on Windows Server platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Azure solutions to enhance existing infrastructure capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of CCTV systems with other security measures such as firewalls and SDWAN networks.
- Develop and maintain group policies using Group Policy Editor tool to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to network connectivity, system performance optimization and software updates.
