Job Summary:
Tech Earth Global Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead to manage and guide a team, achieve targets, monitor performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily performance.
- Ensure team targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Train and guide team members when required.
- Handle team issues and escalations.
- Track productivity and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Basic Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a Team Lead
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the IT sector.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively.
