We are looking for a technically capable and experienced Team Lead – Structural Engineering to join our engineering team in Lucknow. The role combines structural engineering expertise, project coordination, team leadership, and delivery management , with a strong focus on engineering quality, accuracy, and timelines.

Experience in steel design, tower design, telecommunications, transmission structures, or related structural engineering work will be particularly relevant to this position.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Work Allocation

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure effective execution of assigned projects.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments across the team based on project requirements, priorities, and available resources.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient project workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers wherever required.
- Support team members in resolving technical or project-related challenges.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and ensure that important project information is communicated clearly and promptly.

Project Execution & Coordination

- Manage project execution and ensure that assigned deliverables are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to required Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Track assignments and coordinate dependencies between team members to avoid delays in project execution.
- Review project requirements and help ensure that engineering deliverables meet applicable standards and specifications.
- Identify project-related challenges and coordinate appropriate actions for timely resolution.
- Coordinate project deliverables and ensure that work progresses according to defined priorities.
- Maintain accountability for the timely and productive completion of assigned projects.

Technical Support & Engineering Oversight

- Provide technical guidance to the engineering team based on project requirements.
- Support engineers in structural analysis, design,



modelling, and related engineering activities.
- Review engineering requirements and assist in ensuring that project outputs meet the required technical standards.
- Apply sound structural engineering principles to project execution and technical decision-making.
- Support the team in understanding structural and engineering drawings, design requirements, loading criteria, and applicable design standards.
- Assist in addressing technical challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with strong structural engineering knowledge.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- A Master's degree in the relevant field will be an advantage, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience .
- Experience in steel design and/or tower design is preferred.
- Experience in structural engineering within the telecommunication or transmission industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience with telecommunication towers, transmission structures, traffic signal structures, luminaire structures, or other related steel structures will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills & Knowledge The candidate should have hands-on experience with structural engineering and design software, particularly:
- TNX
- SolidWorks
- RISA-3D
- STAAD.Pro
- AutoCAD
- Relevant connection analysis software

The candidate should also have:
- Working knowledge of structural design codes and standards, including AISC and TIA-222 .
- Working knowledge of applicable loading standards such as ASCE 7 .
- Strong understanding of structural and engineering drawings, particularly those related to the telecommunications sector.
- Sound knowledge of structural and foundation engineering fundamentals.
- Practical understanding of steel structural design and analysis.
- Ability to apply engineering principles effectively during project execution.
- Practical exposure to tower and steel-structure engineering will be an advantage.

What You Will Be Responsible For As Team Lead, you will serve as an important link between project requirements, technical execution, and the engineering team .

You will be expected to balance day-to-day team coordination with technical understanding, ensuring that work is appropriately assigned, project progress is monitored, technical issues are addressed, and deliverables are completed to the required standards and timelines.

This position is suited to an engineering professional who wants to take on greater responsibility in team management and project execution while continuing to apply their structural engineering knowledge.

Work Arrangement

Work Location: Lucknow Office, Uttar Pradesh

Work Arrangement: On-site position with flexibility to work from home two days per week
