Role Description The Team Lead role at NeosAlpha Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Team

Lead will oversee a technical team, allocate tasks, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in areas such as cloud integration, API development, and digital transformation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding solution design, reviewing code and technical documentation, coordinating with project managers and clients, and ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.

Lead will mentor team members, support skill development, and foster a team-oriented, performance-oriented environment. The role also involves identifying risks, proposing improvements to processes and architectures, and contributing to planning and estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams, including task allocation, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Strong background in enterprise integration or digital transformation projects, preferably with exposure to cloud platforms and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with modern software development practices, including code reviews, version control, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, contribute to solution design, and ensure alignment with architectural and security standards.
- Experience working with any major cloud or integration technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership of deliverables, and readiness to work on-site in Jaipur.
