Role Description The Team Lead role at Pine Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

Lead will oversee day-to-day team operations, including planning work assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals and service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across functions and levels.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle operational issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project or process management, including planning, tracking, and continuous improvement of workflows.
- Comfort with technology-driven environments and data-oriented decision-making; prior experience in payments, fintech, or commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications are a plus.
