Key Responsibilities

Handle O2C and Order Management activities for international customers.

Process EDI, manual, and customer portal orders.

Manage multiple customer accounts and order change requests.

Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance & Order Fulfilment teams.

Support Production Planning and Logistics requirements.

Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfilment.

Maintain accurate order records and follow business SOPs and payment terms.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of O2C, Order Management & Supply Chain.

Experience with international customer orders.

Knowledge of EDI / Manual Orders / Customer Portals.

Valuable stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
