Job Summary

Sanchu Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead to manage and coordinate our Vet on Wheels (VOW) operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with veterinary doctors, field teams, customers, and the backend operations team to ensure smooth appointment and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the Vet on Wheels team on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with veterinary doctors and field staff for scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding their assigned locations and appointments.
- Guide the team on appointment schedules, customer requirements, and locations.
- Monitor daily appointments, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Ensure appointments are properly scheduled and followed up.
- Coordinate with customers regarding appointment confirmations and rescheduling.
- Track and resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
- Coordinate between the backend team, doctors, and field team.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and performance reports.
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and provide performance feedback.
- Support the team in achieving appointment and revenue targets.




- Handle urgent operational situations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Vet on Wheels service.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, customer support, telecalling, sales, or operations.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates based in Chennai are preferred.
- Experience in pet care, healthcare, veterinary services, or field operations will be an added advantage.

Work Mode

This is a 100 percent Work From Home position.

The candidate should be available during the assigned working hours and should have a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
