Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead and manage a team of process executives to ensure smooth process execution.
- Monitor daily workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure process running smooth.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support skill development of team members.

- Report Generation: Prepare and distribute highly accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Dashboards : Design and maintain performance trackers, business dashboards, and charts
- Data Integrity & Validation: Clean, verify, and cross-check raw data sheets to spot errors, anomalies, or missing information before final distribution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with different teams to gather missing metrics and assist management with structural reviews.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel: Master level in formulas (`VLOOKUP`, `HLOOKUP`, `INDEX/MATCH`, `COUNTIF`, nested `IF` statements), Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and charts.

Soft Skills

- High Attention to Detail: Critical for catching minor numeric mistakes across massive spreadsheets.
- Effective Communication: Transparent capability to coordinate across teams and present visual data cleanly to senior stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines for daily and monthly reporting cycles.
