Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor shipment allocation, delivery, and closure within defined timelines.

- Manage and coordinate with Delivery Executives/Riders.

- Track daily productivity, attendance, and manpower requirements.

- Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, and exceptions.

- Ensure high delivery success and maintain service quality.

- Handle customer and delivery-related escalations effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

- Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

- Prepare and share daily operational reports and performance updates.

- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
