Role Description The Team Lead – Operations [Collections] is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role involves leading a collections team, monitoring daily performance, and ensuring adherence to client and regulatory requirements.

The Team

Lead oversees workflows, assigns and reviews accounts, and supports team members in resolving complex collection issues.

Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, preparing daily and weekly reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance recovery rates and customer satisfaction. The role also requires coaching and mentoring team members,



handling escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical collections practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and People Management skills to lead teams, manage workflows, and drive performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to handle customer interactions, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring respectful collections practices and positive client relationships.
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable management, or revenue cycle operations, preferably in BPO or shared services environments.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Comfort with using CRM, collections or billing systems, and proficiency in common office productivity tools.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
