The Role

What if your skills mattered more than your job title? At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Team Lead - People Operations who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

If you’re good at people management and ticketing operations, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Shift - Should be flexible with 12 pm - 9 pm IST & 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

- Lead and develop the People Operations team, driving performance, engagement and service excellence.
- Ensure operational delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and data accuracy standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations and continuously improve processes and ways of working.

Skills & Requirements

- Proven experience leading HR Operations, People Operations or Shared Services teams.
- Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing tickets, process improvement, compliance and HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Highly organised,



data-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
