We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with strong backend expertise to lead the development and maintenance of a SaaS application. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, and React.js, with the ability to take technical ownership of the application and guide a small development team.

The role will involve hands-on development, application architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, third-party integrations, performance improvements, and coordination with frontend and backend developers.

Requirements

- 5+ years of software development experience with robust hands-on backend development.
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Robust working knowledge of MongoDB, including data modeling, queries,



indexing, and performance optimization.
- Good hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, scheduled/background jobs, and webhooks.
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Parse Server, Next.js, GitHub Actions, or Terraform would be an advantage.
