About Human Loops Human Loops is a Physical AI operations company supporting global AI, robotics, and technology companies through data collection, annotation, validation, teleoperation, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) services. Our operations team plays a key role in delivering high-quality datasets while maintaining speed, accuracy, and operational excellence.

We were 20 people 3 months ago, now we are 70 and we are hiring another 50 people, so its fast moving environment. The role would be managing cross-functional teams in office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Evening/Night shift operations team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
- Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards.




- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and productivity trackers.
- Share shift updates and operational reports with management.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Promote discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Back Office, AI Operations, or Team Management.
- Prior experience leading a team is Mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

- 5 Working Days per Week
- Evening (3PM - 12 PM)
- 9 Hours per Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
- Rotational Weekly Off
