Lead employee benefit/travel claims operations, review claims, manage escalations, guide processors, track SLA/KPIs, analyze trends, identify fraud, publish reports, maintain documentation and drive process improvements.
Required Candidate profile
Commerce graduate with 6–10 years in claims/reimbursements, preferably travel claims. Solid team leadership, communication, analytics, SAP, Excel, stakeholder and escalation management.
