Role Description The Team Lead – Edtech is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role oversees a team of educators, content creators, and coordinators, ensuring high-quality delivery of learning programs and smooth execution of cohorts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling batches, monitoring learner progress, resolving academic and operational issues, and coaching the team to meet learning and satisfaction goals. The team lead collaborates with product, curriculum, and marketing teams to refine course structures, improve learner engagement, and implement feedback-driven improvements.



The role also involves data-driven reporting on learner outcomes, leading stand-ups, reviewing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in edtech, training, or education management, with strong skills in team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to design and manage learning journeys, including curriculum implementation, cohort management, and learner support.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills to engage learners and guide team members effectively.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms; ability to interpret data and metrics for performance improvement.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site collaboration in Bengaluru with remote work responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; background in education, management, or technology is an advantage.
- Prior experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced environment; edtech or startup experience is highly desirable.
