- 2–5 years of experience in Desktop Support / End-User Computing.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac OS, and basic networking.
- Exposure to ITSM/ITAM tools and ITIL processes.
- Experience in AV/VC tools (MS Teams, Zoom) and hardware setups.
- Robust communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle VIP users with professionalism and discretion.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or AVIXA (CTS) are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
