Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales and counselling team at the Manjeri branch.
- Allocate leads and follow-ups among team members.
- Monitor daily team performance and admission conversions.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹14,406.54 - ₹48,790.70 per month
