Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations at the assigned location.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.

- Manage and monitor Delivery Executives and manpower deployment.

- Track daily delivery performance, productivity, pending shipments, and RTO.

- Ensure maximum delivery closure and meet operational targets.

- Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Coordinate with hub, warehouse, and other internal teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the delivery team.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.

- Prepare and share daily performance and operational reports.

- Support manpower planning and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
