Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

- 3–4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Management.

- Proven experience in achieving sales/revenue targets and closing significant deals.

- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle investors, HNI clients, developers and senior-level stakeholders.

- Robust commercial and analytical thinking.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Baner, Pune.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred

- Experience in Real Estate, Property, Land Acquisition, Investment or Development.

- Existing network of HNI clients, investors, brokers or channel partners.

- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales/BD team.

- Marathi or Hindi proficiency along with English.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
