Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly targets for permanent staffing requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for recent hires.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in Blue Collar Hiring or Bulk Hiring in Recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of manpower sourcing, outsourcing, and recruitment processes.
