- Lead and manage a team to achieve business/operational targets

Candidate Profile
3+ years of relevant BFSI experience
Prior team-handling/Team Lead experience preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Collections, Lending, or related BFSI operations preferred
