Role Description This is a full time, on-site Team Lead role based in Chennai.

The Team

Lead will oversee a team of financial advisors, manage daily sales activities, and ensure achievement of loan distribution targets.

Responsibilities include guiding the team on product knowledge, lead management, and customer engagement, as well as monitoring performance and providing coaching and feedback. The role also involves coordinating with branch and regional leadership, tracking key metrics, and implementing sales strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising or mentoring sales or financial advisory teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, collaborate with stakeholders, and motivate team members.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze performance data and implement effective sales strategies.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust, transparency, and ethical financial advisory practices.
- Basic understanding of loan products, retail banking, or financial services; prior experience in loan distribution is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage day-to-day branch operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead management systems) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
