Teaching Staff – Sanskrit, English, Yoga, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT & Sports We Are Looking For Qualified, Dedicated, Disciplined And Passionate Teachers To Join Our Gurukulam As Teaching Faculty In The Following Areas

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality education and contributing to the holistic development, discipline, character building, physical fitness, technological awareness and academic growth of students in accordance with the values and educational philosophy of the Gurukulam.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective, engaging and appropriate lessons.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum and academic guidelines of the Gurukulam.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, practical activities and assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic and overall progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Identify students requiring additional academic or practical support.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork and independent learning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and student performance.
- Participate in examinations, staff meetings, assemblies, cultural programs, competitions and Gurukulam activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the academic coordinator.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development.

Sanskrit Teacher Educational Qualifications and Subject Specific Responsibilities

- PhD, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sanskrit or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Teach Sanskrit grammar, literature, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.




- Conduct Shloka, Stotra, prayer, and Sanskrit recitation sessions as required.
- Introduce students to Indian literature, culture, traditions, and classical knowledge.
- Encourage students to develop an interest in Sanskrit language and literature.

English Teacher

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Teach English grammar, literature, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension.
- Develop students' vocabulary and communication skills.
- Encourage confident verbal and written communication.
- Conduct language activities, presentations, debates, and other communication-based activities.

Yoga Teacher

- PhD, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Yoga or a related subject.
- Conduct regular yoga and wellness sessions for students.
- Teach appropriate Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
- Promote physical fitness, flexibility, concentration, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Ensure yoga practices are conducted safely according to students' age and abilities.
- Encourage students to develop healthy and disciplined daily routines.

Physics Teacher

- PhD, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Teach Physics concepts according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students' analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and practical activities.
- Encourage scientific thinking and curiosity.

Chemistry Teacher

- PhD, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Teach theoretical and practical concepts of Chemistry.




- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations following appropriate safety procedures.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning.
- Maintain proper laboratory discipline and safety standards.

Biology Teacher

- PhD, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biology/Life Sciences or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Teach Biology and Life Sciences according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct practical activities, laboratory work, demonstrations, and observations.
- Develop students' understanding of living organisms, environment, health, and scientific inquiry.
- Encourage observation, research, and analytical skills.

IT Teacher

- BCA/MCA/B.Sc. CS/B.Tech./relevant IT or Computer Science qualification. B.Ed. preferred.
- Teach Information Technology and computer-related subjects according to students' level.
- Provide practical training in computer fundamentals, applications, programming, and digital literacy as applicable.
- Teach responsible and secure use of technology and the internet.
- Conduct practical computer laboratory sessions.
- Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, coding, and digital creativity.
- Maintain and monitor the effective use of computer lab resources in coordination with the administration/IT team.

Sports Teacher

- B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed./equivalent recognized qualification in Physical Education. Relevant sports certification preferred.
- Plan and conduct regular physical education and sports activities.
- Train students in athletics, team sports, individual sports, fitness, and basic physical conditioning.
- Organize sports competitions, tournaments, drills, and physical fitness activities.
- Identify and encourage students with potential in different sports.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, and healthy competition.
- Ensure proper safety procedures during sports and physical activities.
- Maintain records of students' participation and physical fitness where required.
