Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Teaching Faculty member for a reputed CBSE school in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and extensive experience in the CBSE education system. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of total teaching experience, including at least 5 recent years of experience in a single reputed CBSE school.

The candidate should be capable of delivering quality education, maintaining effective classroom management, and contributing to students’ academic and overall development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments according to academic requirements.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom workplace.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and provide guidance and support wherever required.
- Implement innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of students’ progress.




- Provide remedial support to students who require additional academic assistance.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with school coordinators, academic leaders, and fellow teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Participate in academic meetings, teacher training sessions, school events, and other institutional activities.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, school policies, and academic standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 12+ years of total teaching experience.
- At least 5 recent years of teaching experience in one single reputed CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and academic practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidates only.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai or willing to work in Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
