Role Description The Teacher at Mount Olympus Juniors will design and deliver daily lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and developmental goals for students.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, facilitating interactive and creative learning activities, and assessing student progress through observation and basic evaluations. The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, support student behavior management,



and collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on academic and co-curricular initiatives. Regular communication with parents or guardians about student development is expected, along with participation in staff meetings, trainings, and school events.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply age-appropriate instructional methods.
- Ability to create structured, engaging Lesson Planning tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training or mentoring learners, with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a school or early learning setting is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools used in classrooms.
