Position: Playgroup Teacher

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Playgroup Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will support children’s early development through play-based activities, storytelling, music, art, movement, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct fun, age-appropriate play-based activities.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development.
- Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop positive habits related to hygiene, cleanliness, sharing, and classroom routines.
- Use stories, rhymes, songs, games, art, and craft to make learning enjoyable.
- Observe children’s progress and communicate developmental observations to parents and management.




- Maintain classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
- Handle children with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and parent meetings.

Preferred Candidates Candidates with prior experience working with playgroup or preschool children will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
