Teacher – Freedom Employability Academy (FEA)

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a non-profit organization working to provide free education and employability skills to young people. We are looking for motivated candidates who are passionate about teaching and helping young people develop their English communication, confidence and employability skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Teach 3 sessions per day at an FEA rural branch.
- Each teaching session will be approximately 2 hours.
- Teach English communication and employability skills to students.
- Mobilize and enroll students from nearby communities.
- Support students in developing communication, confidence and workplace skills.
- Complete basic administrative and reporting activities related to the branch.
- Participate in FEA's residential training program in Lucknow.
- Work closely with the team to ensure quality learning outcomes for students.

Working Hours
- Full time job – 8 hours per day
- 3 teaching sessions per day
- Each session: approximately 2 hours
- Remaining working hours are dedicated to student mobilization, administrative work, planning, reporting and other branch responsibilities.

Work Location
- You will be assigned to an FEA rural branch/village within approximately 20 km of your designated area.
- The specific village/branch will be decided by FEA based on organizational requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rural communities.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass + 3-Year Diploma OR Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.




- Passion for teaching and working with young people.
- Willingness to work in local communities/villages.
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 1 year with FEA.

Selection Process & Training
- Selection is based on an interview and the organization's selection process.
- Training is compulsory for selected candidates.
- Selected candidates must attend FEA's residential training program in Lucknow.
- Training duration: 36–96 days.
- Training, stay and meals are provided by FEA as per applicable policy.
- Train ticket support for training travel is provided as per applicable policy.
- Training stipend: ₹250 per day, as per applicable policy.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹14,500 per month
- Next year ₹16,500 per month from the second cycle.
- Annual Bonus up to ₹25,000, based on teaching performance.
- Travel/Petrol reimbursement as per company policy.
- Paid leaves as per company policy.
- ESIC facility / health insurance as applicable.
- EPF facility.
