Key Requirements

# Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Tea Export Management.

# In-depth knowledge of export documentation and procedures.

# Solid understanding of Indian Customs regulations and export compliance requirements.

# Thorough knowledge and experience in handling complex export shipments.

# Strong negotiation and coordination skills for arranging and managing freight forwarders and other logistics partners.

# Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with international/foreign buyers.

# Ability to independently manage export operations while ensuring timely documentation, compliance, and shipment execution.
