What we are looking for

Must Have

1. Strong experience designing end-to-end IT automation architecture across IT Operations, Service Desk, and EUC, aligned with measurable business outcomes.
2. Deep ServiceNow ITSM expertise, including workflow design, integrations, incident lifecycle automation, and governance.
3. Hands-on architecture experience with Ansible or an equivalent orchestration platform, including reusable runbooks and secure execution patterns.
4. Robust understanding of Nexthink, Digital Employee Experience, endpoint telemetry, experience rules, and remote-action-led remediation.
5. Ability to design AI-driven Service Desk workflows using AuRA Chatbot or equivalent conversational AI platforms.

Proven capability to create HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, security considerations, standards, and reusable automation assets.

Responsibilities

1 Define automation architecture and solution blueprints aligned with operational and business outcomes.





2 Design ServiceNow-led orchestration workflows and closed-loop remediation integrating monitoring, ITSM, orchestration, and EUC tools.

3 Architect Nexthink-led EUC and Digital Employee Experience automations, including proactive detection, experience rules, and remediation.

- Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
