What we are looking for

Must Have

- strong experience in Ivanti administration (L2/L3) supporting enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti modules such as Ivanti Application Device Control/ Ivanti Environment Manager/ Ivanti Management Console

Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Ivanti Neurons (as applicable) including agent management, device inventory, policy/configuration, and reporting

- Strong knowledge of patch management lifecycle (assessment, deployment, validation, rollback) and software distribution practices
- Experience troubleshooting agent communication issues, failed deployments, scan failures, content replication/distribution issues, and endpoint compliance gaps
- Good understanding of Windows OS internals (Windows 10/11) and basic server concepts; ability to interpret logs and event traces
- Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint management, including least privilege, segregation of duties, and audit readiness
- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem), coordinating with multiple teams, and owning escalations end-to-end
- Exposure to PowerShell/scripting, automation of routine activities, and operational reporting is preferred >

Responsibilities Administer and support Ivanti platform (L2/L3) for endpoint management, patching, software distribution, and inventory

- Plan, execute, and govern patch deployment cycles (monthly/urgent) ensuring compliance, minimal user impact, and rollback readiness




- Perform advanced troubleshooting for patch failures, software deployment issues, agent health problems, inventory inaccuracies, and policy conflicts
- Maintain and optimize deployment policies, patch baselines, device groups, schedules, and content distribution methods
- Monitor and report on endpoint compliance posture, patch status, software deployment success rates, and SLA/KPI metrics
- Support audit and governance activities by providing evidence, reports, and documentation aligned with compliance requirements
- Collaborate with EUC/Security/Network teams for incident resolution, change implementation, and problem management (RCA and preventive actions)
- Create and maintain SOPs, KB articles, and runbooks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (automation/standardization) >

- Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
