Role : Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Job Role In this role, associates will execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect categories, ensuring competitive sourcing, accurate documentation, supplier coordination, and compliance with procurement policies and service requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Run sourcing events for assigned indirect categories, including supplier communication, bid tabulation, and commercial evaluation support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, service scope,timelines, and budget expectations.
- Support negotiation, contracting, and supplier onboarding processes in line with defined governance.
- Maintain sourcing documentation, commercial records, supplier master inputs, and approval trails.
- Track supplier performance, contract milestones, renewal timelines, and issue resolution actions.




- Analyze spend and supplier data to support savings opportunities and category insights.
- Work with procurement operations and finance teams to resolve purchase order, invoice, and service acceptance issues where applicable.
- Ensure sourcing activities are compliant with internal controls, policy requirements, and audit standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing workflows, templates, and reporting.
