About AuslinkAuslink provides accounting and outsourcing support services to Australian accounting firms. We are expanding our Noida team and are looking for an experienced Australian Tax Accountant who can take on a senior role within the business.

This position is suited to someone with strong hands-on Australian taxation and accounting experience who can independently prepare client work while also helping mentor, review and develop junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process Australian tax returns and financial statements.
- Handle accounting and taxation work for Australian clients across relevant entity types.
- Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide clear feedback.
- Mentor and train junior team members in Australian accounting and taxation procedures.
- Assist team members with technical accounting and tax queries.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.
- Review client files and identify missing information, inconsistencies and matters requiring clarification.
- Liaise with internal team members regarding job progress, queries and outstanding information.
- Help maintain quality standards and consistent work practices across the accounting team.
- Depending on experience, assist with workflow management, job allocation and supervision of junior staff.

What We Are Looking ForEssential:





- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Australian Tax and Accounting experience.
- Current or recent experience working on Australian accounting and taxation assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting requirements.
- Experience preparing tax returns and financial statements.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and tax jobs from preparation through to completion/review stage.
- Experience reviewing or supervising the work of junior accountants.
- Ability and willingness to mentor and train junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time from our office in Noida.

Preferred
- Previous experience working with an Australian accounting firm, offshore accounting team or Australian outsourcing practice.
- Experience at Senior Accountant, Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Manager level.
- Familiarity with commonly used Australian accounting, tax and practice-management software.
- Experience dealing with multiple Australian accounting clients or firms.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting-firm workflows and qualified standards.

The RoleThis is not purely a processing position. We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical Australian tax experience with the ability to guide, mentor and develop junior accountants. The successful candidate may be appointed at Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager or Manager level, depending on their experience and ability.
