Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments (DEV, TEST, PROD) • Install, configure, and upgrade Teamcenter and related components • Manage system performance, uptime, and availability • Perform user and access management, roles, and permissions • Monitor system health, logs, and proactively resolve issues • Manage BMIDE deployments, patches, and code releases • Support data model updates, schema changes, and environment synchronization • Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes • Manage volume servers, FSC/FMS configuration, and file management • Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server, database, and network support • Support integration readiness with T4S/T4ST and other interfaces • Ensure stability of BOM, BOP (Bill of Process), and BOE (Bill of Equipment) data handling • Troubleshoot setting, deployment, and connectivity issues • Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides • Support SIT/UAT/Production deployments and release activities • Track issues, changes, and tasks using Azure DevOps (AVD) • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
