Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India.

Work you’ll do

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements and user stories.
- Provide post-production support for Salesforce configuration, including fields, flows, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT); log and track defects through resolution.
- Prepare process maps, data-mapping documents, and end-user training materials.
- Act as liaison between tax subject-matter professionals and technical delivery teams.
- Assist senior BAs and consultants with solution documentation and delivery coordination.
- Provide occasional schedule flexibility during design,



key development phases, and critical deliveries to maintain overlap between the India and US teams; any extended coverage beyond the standard shift will be based on business needs.

Location – Hyderabad Standard Shift Time – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, with occasional schedule flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

Required

- 1–2 years of relevant experience supporting business analysis, Salesforce, CRM, or technology-enabled delivery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and communicate clearly with US counterparts.
- Willingness to provide occasional schedule flexibility to support critical deliverables and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Salesforce Administrator certification completed or actively being pursued.
- Experience with Agile delivery, UAT or defect-tracking tools, application lifecycle management, or continuous integration practices.
- Exposure to tax, accounting, or professional-services delivery environments.
