About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tax & Accounting Executive to support our accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance assignments.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting and taxation concepts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments accurately and within deadlines. The role will also involve coordinating with clients and supporting the team on various tax and compliance matters.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit assignments.
- Prepare and file GST Returns, TDS Returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) under supervision.
- Handle Direct & Indirect Tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and Advance Tax-related activities.
- Maintain and update books of accounts and assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Assist with annual ROC and secretarial compliance for Private Limited Companies.
- Support the team in tax planning and transactional advisory assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, information, and compliance-related requirements.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to accounting, taxation,



and statutory compliance.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Stay updated with relevant changes in Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

Eligibility
- CA Freshers and CA Dropouts can apply.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts) with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with practical exposure to accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting and taxation concepts.
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Good communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
