We are hiring Lead Generation Executives for Tata Capitals Personal Loan process under the Aditya Birla Mutual Fund project. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining personal loan products, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound calling to potential leads for personal loans
- Explain loan products clearly and convincingly
- Capture and update accurate customer information
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain follow-ups and call logs diligently

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
- Experience:



6 months in any telecalling/BPO/sales process preferred
- Freshers with Avrage communication skills are welcome
- Valuable spoken communication in Hindi and basic English required
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Gender: Male and Female both can apply
- Should be enthusiastic, target-oriented, and professional in conduct

Salary Details:

- In-hand salary: 18,000 to 21,000 (Based on interview performance)
- Performance-based incentives available
