Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for health insurance products through agency channels.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

- Provide training and support to agency partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in general insurance or life insurance industry with a focus on agency channel sales.

- Robust understanding of health insurance products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
