We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tata Ace & Car Driver to support our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of raw materials, machine components, finished products, documents, and employees as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Tata Ace and company cars safely and responsibly.
- Transport raw materials, machine components, tools, finished products, and other manufacturing materials.
- Collect and deliver materials from suppliers, customers, vendors, and other locations.
- Support transportation requirements related to SPM and industrial manufacturing activities.
- Handle loading and unloading of materials safely when required.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and documents.
- Maintain proper delivery and material transportation records.
- Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean and valuable working condition.
- Perform basic checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and overall vehicle condition.
- Report vehicle maintenance and repair requirements to the concerned person.
- Support employee and office transportation requirements when required.
Requirements
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Solid experience driving Tata Ace / Light Commercial Vehicles and Cars.
- Good knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Safe driving habits and responsible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Good punctuality, discipline, and time management.
- Ability to handle company materials carefully and responsibly.
Qualification Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
Preferred Candidates
- 5–8 years of relevant driving experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing / industrial company preferred.
- Experience handling supplier and customer material deliveries preferred.
- Experience with Tata Ace and company cars preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
