We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tally Support Executive to provide exceptional technical assistance to our B2B clients. As we expand our exclusive software offering ensuring our clients maintain seamless financial workflows is critical. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, ensuring smooth integrations and high client satisfaction.

JD

· Attend allocated customer calls and provide prompt, accurate support & solutions

· Maintain professionalism & clear communication during customer interactions

· Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

· Understand customer issues clearly & identify root problems

· Respond to customer calls queries with minimal turnaround time





· Deliver effective and appropriate software support solution based on customer needs

· Use internal systems for records, consider feedback provided for continuous improvement

Requirements

· Qualifications- Graduate or Post Graduate with strong Commerce background

· Fresher’s or candidate's with experience are welcome to apply.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime.

· Quick learner with adaptability to recent technologies.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
