Responsibilities

- This role strategizes Talent Acquisition by developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the enterprise, often focusing on senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill positions.
- It involves conducting thorough market mapping and analysis to understand where potential candidates are employed, industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape, which inform sourcing strategies.
- Building and maintaining a pool of qualified talent through market research and ongoing relationship management ensures a robust talent pipeline.
- The role acts as a brand advocate, representing the company in a positive light by communicating the company culture, values, and job opportunities to attract top talent.
- It requires close collaboration with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to understand specific job requirements and support business objectives.
- Continuously improving the sourcing process by using new technologies, tools, and innovative sourcing techniques enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
- The role ensures sourcing strategies are inclusive and designed to attract a diverse range of candidates to support the companys diversity and inclusion goals.
- Additionally, data analytics is used to track sourcing metrics and outcomes,



providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies and enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize the talent acquisition process.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience, 9+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing.
- Consistent track record as a senior individual contributor with deep expertise in sourcing for complex, specialized, or leadership-level roles and proactively build and handle talent pools in key areas.
- Solves complex problems that involve creative sourcing for specialized roles or niche markets.
- Handles a higher level of complexity in work, often developing unique solutions to sourcing challenges.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and translate complex data sets into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Can lead projects and initiatives that transform sourcing capabilities within the team.
- Collaborates across different areas of HR and the business to align sourcing with strategic objectives.
- Makes significant decisions that can shape sourcing approaches and affect the quality of hires.
- Strong grasp of advanced sourcing techniques and talent market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional recruitment projects or regional initiatives.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, high-stakes workplace.




- Adept at using AI to create new ways of Sourcing and working with data (creating agents, dashboards etc.)
- Integrates business knowledge into sourcing strategies for optimal results.
