Talent Mapping & Recruitment Executive BFSI

ABACUS Consultants is hiring Talent Mapping & Recruitment Executives for our Jaipur office.

The role combines recruitment with talent mapping, market research, candidate calling and referral development.

At ABACUS, you will work with GRDour evolving recruitment execution platform designed to bring greater structure, intelligence and accountability to how hiring gets done.

The initial assignments will involve BFSI/NBFC hiring, including Gold Loan and lending businesses, and the team will subsequently work across other BFSI products and clients as well.

This is not only about sourcing CVs. Every conversation should help us achieve one or more outcomes: identify a suitable candidate, understand the organisation/talent structure, or generate a practical referral.

Role & Responsibilities

- Search candidates through Naukri, internal databases, referrals, LinkedIn and other sources.
- Speak with candidates to understand current role, company, location, experience, CTC, notice period and career interest.
- Identify suitable candidates and move them through the recruitment process.




- Build company-wise and location-wise talent maps.
- Understand reporting structures, teams, branches and relevant people through candidate conversations.
- Ask for references and develop additional candidate leads from every useful interaction.
- Follow up candidates systematically for CVs, interviews, offers and joining.
- Update all candidate information, follow-ups, next actions and due dates in our recruitment system.
- Work towards complete market coverage instead of only making calls.
- Participate in daily/weekly reviews of candidate pipeline, referrals and mapping gaps.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, telecalling, BPO, inside sales, lead generation, BFSI or similar customer-facing roles.

The person should be comfortable speaking to new people, asking questions, developing relationships and following up consistently.

Good Hindi communication and workable English are required. Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM and computer usage is expected.

Candidates with BFSI recruitment experience will have an advantage, but BFSI experience is not mandatory.

What matters most: curiosity, communication, calling confidence, persistence and disciplined follow-up.
