Job Summary

We are assisting a client with a growing requirement in this area and are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one. The role of Talent & Model Coordinator involves hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bengaluru

Responsibilities

- Hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining timely follow-ups.
- Ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.




- Maintaining records and updates.
- Preparing or supporting content and reports where required.
- Coordinating schedules.
- Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.

Requirements

- Candidates should be comfortable working with people, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate should have clear communication, good judgement, a skilled approach and genuine interest in the field.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
