Talent Manager Executive (Influencer Marketing)

to manage, onboard, and grow our creator network while handling end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Manage and build relationships with influencers and content creators.

- Onboard current creators into the RCLASHERS Media talent network.

- Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to content delivery and posting.

- Negotiate campaign commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.

- Ensure smooth communication between brands, creators, and internal teams.

- Maintain creator database, contracts, campaign trackers, and payment updates.

- Support exclusive talent management and long-term creator partnerships.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Talent Management.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator collaborations.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
