We are looking for a Talent Partner who is exceptionally strong at sourcing, screening and closing candidates.
This role is ideal for recruiters who know how to find the right candidates quickly, manage them through the process, and consistently achieve a high fill rate
Location & Work Setup
Role: Talent Partner
This is a fully in-person role. There is no scope for remote or hybrid work.
Location: Sector 109, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram
CTC: 6-7 LPA
What Youll Do
- Source high-quality candidates across Naukri, LinkedIn, Juicebox, job portals, databases and professional networks
- Use advanced search techniques to identify relevant and hard-to-find candidates
- Screen and assess candidates for role fit, motivation, compensation and joining intent
- Manage candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Follow up closely with candidates and hiring teams to drive interview and offer closures
- Work on mid-senior, leadership and niche hiring mandates
- Build and maintain a strong network of active and passive candidates
- Take ownership of mandates and ensure positions are closed within timeline
- Maintain a consistently high fill and closure rate
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in **recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition
- Excellent command of **Naukri, LinkedIn, Juicebox and other sourcing platforms
- Strong Boolean search and candidate discovery skills
- Proven track record of closing roles, not just sourcing profiles
- High fill rate across mandates handled
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills
- Ability to assess candidate intent and reduce drop-offs
- Comfortable working on senior and high-value roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong Advantage
- Experience in executive search or agency recruitment
- Strong existing candidate network
- Experience closing 50L+ or equivalent roles
- Experience with international hiring
- Solid passive-candidate sourcing ability
- Proven track record of closing difficult or niche mandates
