About us

GroomYourGram is a strategy-led influencer marketing agency based in Andheri West, Mumbai, running for the past 6 years. We plan and sell successful campaigns and IPs, not just execution — with deep expertise across the skincare, beauty, and makeup categories. We've worked with 200+ brands. We're now building a Talent Management vertical from scratch and looking for someone who's already built one to help us do it right.

About the role

You'll be part of the core team building our new Talent Management vertical, working directly with the core team to shape how it's structured, positioned, and run from day one. This is a seat at the table, not the sidelines - in the early stages, you'll personally manage the creators we onboard, owning their business development, negotiations, and day-to-day relationship, while helping build the systems the vertical scales on.

What you'll do

- Manage and grow relationships with the creators we onboard - getting business in, negotiations, brand deals, approvals, and follow-ups, hands-on




- Bring an informed, opinionated point of view on where our approach to talent management is working and where it isn't, and push back when needed
- Identify gaps in how we're building the vertical and propose how to close them, drawing on how the best talent management operations in the country run
- Work with the founder's office on team structure, processes, and growth plans for the vertical as it scales

What we're looking for

- Solid, hands-on experience in talent management within Indian influencer marketing — you've actually managed creators, not just advised on strategy
- Strong knowledge of how the industry works - deal structures, brand-creator dynamics, what valuable talent management looks like at scale
- Someone opinionated enough to tell us when we're off track, with the experience to back it up
- Comfortable owning both the thinking and the execution - this is a builder's role, not a purely advisory one
