Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Manager / Creator Manager who can take ownership of creator relationships, brand partnerships, and campaign execution.

This is a high-impact role where you'll help build and grow Talentrix Media's creator network while driving revenue through brand collaborations. You'll work directly with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure successful partnerships and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact.
- Continuously expand and strengthen your creator portfolio.




- Understand creators' goals and help align opportunities with their personal brand.

Brand Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and secure relevant brand collaboration opportunities for creators.
- Pitch creators to brands and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies and brand teams.
- Contribute to revenue growth by closing successful creator-brand partnerships.

Campaign Management
- Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to final reporting.
- Coordinate between creators and brands to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of all commitments.

Creator Growth & Strategy
- Support creators with content strategy, positioning, and audience growth.
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy developments, and algorithm changes.
- Help creators explore monetization opportunities and strengthen their market presence.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance and industry trends.

Agency Growth
- Contribute ideas, processes, and strategies to help scale Talentrix Media.
- Help build creator databases, outreach systems,



and partnership pipelines.
- Collaborate with the founding team on new initiatives and business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, account management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and creator trends.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Qualifications

- Candidates must be based in South India or have strong familiarity and experience within the South Indian creator ecosystem.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Experience managing creators, building creator relationships, or executing influencer campaigns targeting South Indian audiences is highly preferred.
